Privacy controls

Request help with account or data deletion.

Contact AeDev using the same inbox as AQUAWASH support. We’ll explain the steps that apply to your request and the information stored on your device.

Send a deletion request

Include your laundry shop name, the AQUAWASH username involved (if applicable), and whether you are asking about a staff profile or all local business records. AeDev may ask for limited information to verify that you are authorized to make the request.

Do not email a PIN, password, complete license code, payment card number, or Google account credentials.

AQUAWASH stores records on your device

The current Android app does not keep a server copy of your shop records or staff profiles. AeDev cannot remotely erase records from your device. Staff profiles can be deactivated in the app, but the current app does not provide a permanent, individual profile deletion action.

Remove all app data from this device

  1. Export a backup first if you need to keep your records. The ZIP backup is not protected with app-level encryption; store it securely.
  2. Open Android Settings, find AQUAWASH under Apps, then choose Storage and clear app storage. Uninstalling AQUAWASH also removes its local database, activation data, and internal backups.
  3. If you exported a ZIP backup to another folder, device, or cloud-storage account, remove that separate copy there as well.

Clearing app storage removes all AQUAWASH data on that device, not only one customer, staff profile, or transaction. Make sure you understand the effect before proceeding.

What happens after you contact us?

Your email reaches AeDev’s support inbox. We will review the request and respond with the applicable instructions. Because business records are stored locally and are controlled on the shop’s device, AeDev cannot directly access or selectively erase those records from a remote system. This page provides a web-based way to contact us; it does not itself delete data from a device or exported backup.
